Meet The Team

Michele Goodman

A native New Yorker, Michele graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a Bachelor of Schience degree in Dental Hygiene.

After marrying her husband, Chad, an astrophysicist, in Atlanta, the couple moved to California. There, she passed the California Dental Hygiene boards, receiving her second license to practice as a registered dental hygienist and earned membership in the American Dental Hygiene Association and the California Dental Hygiene Association.

Active in practices from pediatric to periodontic, her goal has always been to make each patient’s appointment their very best ever. While holding verious board positions in the Long Beach Dental Hygiene Society, Michele juggled life as wife, mother of 2 children and public health volunteer – promoting dental hyeiene at local elementary and preschools.

More recently she turned her focus to an old childhood passion – music! – and is now principle clarinetist with the Beach Cities Symphonic Band and section leader with the Shoreline Symphonic Winds. Playing with the Pacific Symphony at Segerstrom Center last year was a special thrill!

The twi East Coasters who moved to Long Beach like pioneers years ago, now have their two children, three granddaughters and a fourth grandchild on the way.

Family, dental hygiene practice and music are Michele’s passions. Her patients have become like family and their glowing compliments, music to her ears.
